Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us or book a home survey, we collect the details you provide, including your name, contact information, postcode, survey address, project type, message and appointment details.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, prepare quotations, deliver our services, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Email and reminders

We send service emails needed to confirm, remind, reschedule or cancel appointments, and to acknowledge enquiries. These are transactional messages rather than marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and completed or cancelled appointment records are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically unless we need to retain information for an active project or legal reason.

Processors and security

We use Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites to operate and protect the website, store booking records and send transactional email. Administrative access is restricted and protected by one-time-code authentication.

Cookies

The public website uses only essential security and service functionality. We do not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies.

Your rights
